Joseph is a full-time husband, dad, and restoration specialist. An Orlando native, Joseph discovered his knack for kitchen and bathroom restoration in 2019 while living in Birmingham, Alabama. After the birth of their son, Griffin, in 2021, he and his wife, Savannah, moved to Columbia to build a new life together.
Joseph is the brawn of the business and a one-man show, providing all of Griffin Restoration’s day-to-day services—from refinishing expert to supply deliverer to painter. You can usually find him listening to loud music or true crime podcasts while he works.
Outside of Griffin Restoration, he enjoys running and working out, cooking (when being Dad allows for it), being a part of the local hardcore music scene, and watching Orlando Magic basketball.

There’s a chance you might also talk to Savannah, Joh’s wife and the reason Griffin Restoration landed here in Columbia. Drawn to the romance and simplicity of South Carolina, she was the first to nurture the idea of calling the Palmetto State home. And we love this place!
Savannah provides any and all behind-the-scenes creative and administrative services for Griffin Restoration, including but not limited to business development, marketing, copywriting and editing, paint color and hardware selection, branding, web design, contract management, and occasional client relations.
Outside of Griffin Restoration, you can find Savannah rearranging each room in the Chubb household quarterly, at the thrift store, on a walk with friends, or taking photos of some of the Midlands’ sweetest families and places via Savannah Natasha Photography.
